The Veil of Pudge, It Lifts Some More

Today I met another weight loss goal. I have now lost 17 pounds, bringing me down to 185.
I'm fairly pleased with my progress so far. I look quite a bit different than I did when I started this thing at 202 pounds, and I feel less embarrassed about the way certain parts of my body look. I still need to lose 20 more pounds to reach my final goal, though. When I reach my next goal (180) I will make another Karl Barishnokov video so that we can compare the then to now. |
