I-dosing: Better than crack?

You remember when you were a kid, right. On halloween your parents would check your basket afterwards to make sure there was no coke, crack or other crap that disgusting people might try to dope unwary kids with.

Well, now kids have plentiful access to a new type of web-based drug called i-dosing. By listening to something called binaural beats, it has been said to cause ecstasy (and even virtual suicide if a person quits the video before it done. While I'd say this was probably an exaggeration, I also suspect it may be some form of virtual hypnosis

Have you ever listened to one of those fuckin' hypnosis files? Like, the 30 minute long MP3 that supposedly causes you to ejaculate? Man, that shit can and can't work, depends on the person and depends on the brain, but regardless of how many sonic waves and ear spells that they program into one, you can't get high on sound. You can't. This is autosuggestion and placebo magic at its finest, and any burnout worth his salt would catch that right quick.

Matter of fact, most people chicken out when the stuff that's supposed to actually effect you starts playing. Feels like little audio tendrils fuckling around in your hearing sockets. It's no good and at best you'll get a headache.
