Hm... I'm afraid I cannot think of much to say. The gameplay is safely within known territory, the graphics are nothing special, the sound is adequate, the controls are self explanitory... The game isn't really shining but it's not complete muck that you wipe your shoes off. It's playable and by all means enjoyable, but not really something you'll remeber forever. It's not bad or exceptionally good. I'll give it a 6/10.

I think that maybe your holding him to an unrealistic standard. I mean, it's a couple of guys making a game with no money. What is it that you want, exactly?

It took me a day to program and get the graphics right for the game. I plan on making something a bit more thought provoking for my next project, but I lack an artist and have no artistic skill myself. Wish me luck.

... This is awkward... I am being completely truthful, and maybe I am being a bit harsh and not giving this game enough of a chance, but I am speaking my mind about this game. If you make something, and you want to improve, you need harsh and honest critisism. I don't mean to discourage Venks.

But with this new information, this game is no longer below my supposedly high standard, but is now above it.

This is truly my standard of free online games. I have played my fair share, and there are a lot of better games out there, many made for free by penniless guys. Of course, Berathen Star is a lot more playable and enjoyable than many other games.

I don't really like the gameplay style of this game anyway.
