Super Dreadnought Girl 4946 was a better premise.

Of course it was. Concrete-Encased High School Girl was based on the horrifying torture Junko Futura. Any premise has to be better than a high school girl being tortured, raped many times, killed, and buried in a concrete-filled barrel.

For the record I had no idea about that series, I was just rolling with it.
