BOLLOCKS

Some malware's come out of nowhere, and it's taking me forever to get rid of. I am very fed up. If it's not one thing, it's another.

In more interesting news, my nephew's got right into trains. It's great. We took him to Leeds station, and a little lass tried to pull him.

Replace "nephiew" with "penis" and your whole blog just became a million times more entertaining.

My laptop has been acting weird for a while now and I haven't downloaded anything at all, except some demos from Steam.

And a fuckton of granny porn, amirite?

My computer got hit with something superbly nasty as of late, so bad in fact that the only thing I could do in the end was format the damn thing. I ran F-Prot, Trend Micro, Spybot S&D, CCleaner, tried cleaning the registry, rebooted about a thousand times, a bit of everything really, and it fixed nothing. The basic animations on my computer (mouse/menus) were so sluggish that it would take my cursor five whole minutes to get from one side of the screen to the other. It also tried to tell me my C drive didn't exist.

I wiped the fucker clean, reinstalled Windows, but was still getting the BSoD. Turns out the CPU kept overheating because the fan inside the computer was clogged with a solid inch of gunk. This also accounted for why my computer was as loud as a hovercraft when I ran it in the past. Cleaned out the fluff, popped the sucker back in, my computer runs like butter and is whisper-quiet.

i don't know much about computers, but i put this really old program from an incredibly old laptop onto my current one, and it works a charm. i don't know how it works, but it overrides every fucking thing when it see's something added, removed or somehow changed, and stops every fucker, asking if you want the change.

once, whilst downloading a supposed Grant Lee Buffalo album, some nasty bastard virus/worm/whateverthefuck popped up with a panel saying something along the lines of "haha you fucking fail", then my good old search & destroy wotsit intervened, asked if i wished for the change to take place, and i just denied. my proper virus protection system didn't do jack shit, it didn't even notice. but this stopped the download and everything, and i had the last laugh over the virus. aharharhar

what a boring story.

At least it was considerably more detailed than my pathetic little anecdote.
