No, didn't contact the police. We didn't really catch anything that would've helped any investigation. Missed the rego on their car as it'd driven off before we even knew they were hostile (dropped the three off, drove away).
I will have to track down and thank the lady that yelled that she'd call the cops though... that gave me the chance to get out of that headlock.

Thanks for the comments y'all. I just needed to vent because of how utterly retarded this whole thing is. And this fucking lip is always getting in the way.

And yes, Independence Day is an excellent film.
