TV can be great for getting better at understanding a foreign language. Even if it's just soap operas and rip-offs of Oprah and Regis & Kelly, it still pays off.

And Hell's Kitchen is shit in comparison to Kitchen Nightmares and The F Word.

I watch a fair amount of TV in English.

I pretty much like anything with Gordon Ramsay. I love seeing people get yelled at, even if they didn't actually do anything wrong.

The only exception is the Steve Wilkos show. He's just a bouncer with a short temper, and I don't think he's ever actually helped any of the people that came on his show.

Not that I expect people to get help on what is essentially a Jerry Springer rip-off. But they should at least pretend they care.

I'll admit, i believe that vaccinations are bad for you. The reason for the vaccination part, the fact that you don't know what they put in those things (so i hear). I don't think that they will 'mind control' you or anything like that. I just don't see any reason to be injecting supposedly unknown chemicals into my body that I can certainly live with out.
You hear that you don't know what they put in vaccinations? What the hell does that mean?

If you don't know what's in them, there's a fairly obvious solution. Go and fucking find out! It's not difficult. But that would take time and effort right?

As for live without, you do know what they do, right? They introduce your body to parts of pathogens that cause dangerous diseases. Diseases that kill people. While most of those diseases are rare in our countries these days, that is only because we vaccinate. But the efficacy of vaccinations is dependent on a majority of people being vaccinated, what is called "herd immunity". Choosing not to be vaccinated is morally wrong, because you don't just risk your own health, but that of those around you too.

I meant that, that i hear everyone say "no one knows whats in them things." I always hear these horror storys saying they put thousands of chemicals your body dosen't need.

And you know what? i would find out, but i don't know where to start. Would you care to help me on that one?

I mostly meant the flu shots. If i can still survive without those, then i don't need them.
