Sekto is either a Glocktigi, or an Octigi. I can't remember which. His species is in the same family as the Glukkons.
They were intending to do a Stranger trilogy, but the sales were too low.

Molluck would probably be back in one form or another if the series continued. Stranger would most likely never appear in a game with Abe or Munch.

I believe Molluck was supposed to be executed in Munch's Oddysee but it was taken out of the game (Among many other things.) He most probably will return. Who knows maybe he will escape from the Magog Cartel and create a resistance group or join abe . Of course it will probably never happen, I bet Molluck has a never ending hatred to abe for ruining his career. Which was the only real important thing to him.

I figured maybe he couldn't speak.. at the end when he swam off he didn't say a word. Or was that to not draw attention, since they all figured he was killed?

I'm pretty sure Sekto was speaking through the elder Steef, the voices were identical minus the accent (although you could simply chalk this up to Lorne's all too obvious choice of tone).

As for the fate of Maggie, it's not likely she dies. The storyline for MO was hugely changed at the last minute to accommodate budget cuts and time constraints, Queen Maggie was going to have a much larger role and make an appearance where she badmouths Molluck in open court for his failures. If they had any plans to actually continue Munch's story, they would have probably try to include her (and Sam) to make up for what was cut from MO. So no, I don't think she's dead, though she's getting close. I'm pretty sure the Vykkers would freeze her if they thought they couldn't save her, like they did with her grandmother.
This also in part answers your Molluck question, he was originally going to come back and be part of Munch's Oddysee. There are whole rendered Magog on the March news clips where the Newscaster talks of Molluck's upcoming trial, as well as the sharp increase in Mudokon slave uprisings.

I don't think Sekto and Molluck will team up. They are in completely different castes, and I'm not even sure Sekto works for the Magog. The setting of Stranger's Wrath is pretty far out of the jurisdiction of the first three games, even though it does still technically take place on the same continent.
Unlike Molluck, who hated working at Rupture Farms and was essentially a high-class figurehead babysitting the assets of a dirty, processing plant, Sekto, I think, quite enjoyed his job and his status at the Sekto Springs bottling company. The dam was destroyed, and Sekto's future is unknown, but I'm quite sure he isn't going to run away from all his assets. He'll probably find a new body and try to pick up the pieces.

OH GOD, OH GOD, I WAS JUST WALKING UP THE STREET TO GET TO THE SHOP BEFORE IT SHUT BECAUSE LUCKILY I REALIZED I HAVE NO SPAGHETTI TO HAVE WITH THE SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE I'D SPENT THE LAST COUPLE OF HOURS MAKING AND AS I TURNED ROUND THE CORNER I SLAMMED FACE FIRST INTO A LADDER THAT WAS PROPPED UP AGAINST SOME SCAFFOLDING THAT WAS ERECTED ALL ALONG THIS WALL OF A BUILDING THAT MUST BE HAVING MAJOR WORKS DONE ON IT BECAUSE IT WAS ALL DUSTY AND THERE WERE WORKMEN DOING ALL SORTS OF ODD JOBS WITH MALLETS AND BLOWTORCHES AND ONE OF THEM HAD A BLOWTORCH AND WAS SOLDERING A GIRDER OR WHATEVER HE WAS DOING ON THIS CRAZY PLATFORM THAT WAS STRETCHED ACROSS TWO LADDERS, INCLUDING THE ONE I BUMPED INTO, PROPERLY CLAMPED WITH WHAT SEEMED TO BE CLAMPS SPECIFIC TO THIS PURPOSE, NOT JUST TOTTERING PRECARIOUSLY ON THE RUNGS AND THIS WORKER CHAP LOST HIS BALANCE BECAUSE I'D JOSTLED HIS WHOLE RIG AND HE REGAINED HIS BALANCE WITHOUT FALLING OFF AND HE DIDN'T DROP HIS BLOWTORCH, BUT HE DID KICK OFF HIS PLATFORM THE BOX CONTAINING, I DUNNO, MAYBE THEY WERE ALL HIS STICKS OF SOLDER, I GUESS IT DOESN'T MATTER BUT THE POINT IS IT WAS HEAVY AND HE KICKED IT OFF AND IT FELL DOWN TO THE GROUND, EXCEPT I WAS IN BETWEEN IT AND THE GROUND SO IT COLLIDED WITH ME ON ITS WAY DOWN, AND LUCKILY IT BOUNCED OFF THE LADDER A BIT SO IT LOST A LOT OF ITS SPEED, BUT LIKE I SAY IT WAS HEAVY AND OBVIOUSLY IT HAD SHARP CORNERS, NOT TO MENTION ALL THESE LITTLE SHARDS OF SOLDER OR WHATEVER RAINING DOWN ON ME, AND I'M LUCKY I MANAGED TO DIVE A BIT OUT OF THE WAY BUT THE BOX STRUCK ME SORT OF ON THE SIDE OF MY ABDOMEN, DOING NO APPARENT SERIOUS INJURY, BUT DEFINITELY BREAKING THE SKN, BRUISING ME A HELL OF A LOT AND PROVIDING NO END OF DEBILITATING PAIN, SO ALL THE WORKERS RUSHED TO MY ATTENTION WHICH WOULD HAVE SEEMED NICE IF I WEREN'T LYING ON THE GROUND CURSING MY WORST IN TOO MUCH AGONY TO NOTICE MUCH.
