And I see what you mean. That Encyclopadia Dramatica website has conditioned me to read "CP" as "child porn", which I can imagine one day being pretty inconvenient.

I lurk occasionally, and my CP collection is non-existant, seeing as I have deleted my porn collection on priniciple. I have restricted myself from saving porn onto my computer.

Not from viewing it, however.

I think mitsur's (and OddjobAbe's) point is that the acronym 'CP' can mean Child Pornography even for subsectors of society that don't peruse said Child Pornography.
