We have ways of identifying proxies. I admit that they're not 100% effective, which is how some of his multies have fallen through the cracks, but rest assured that we've caught and banned more than we've missed.

You know, I've always had strong suspicians about many of the moderators being more MS multies, as well as OANST, Strike Witch, and Sekto. You should definately "investigate" those guys as well.

Already banned.

As I have complained about several times in EL, the "Welcome to our newest member" thing shows the last person to sign up, not the last member to be approved. Thus it commonly shows the most recent attempt from a spambot or multi.
