My Third Blog! Derren Brown's Enigma Tour & Iron Man

I went to see Derren Brown today in the Lowry Outlet Mall in Salford, Manchester.

Very interesting show overall, definately had plenty of WTF and "how did he do that?" moments.

By the end of it you'll be sure of the meaning of the name "Enigma"

I saw Iron Man last night. Definately very good as far as a hero film goes. I especially liked the technical prowess of the whole film. Especially when he was getting suited up

I like the plot-twist where one of his mates turns out to be the bad guy. Pretty neat. I'm looking forward to the sequel.

What super-hero films do you like?

Never mind.

I was never one for super hero films, but really, it's more a matter of whether it's an engaging film or not.

Heh, plot twist. Maybe 24 years ago, if the lead up hadn't explicitly made it known.

You know, it's one thing to spoil a bad film that no one thinks is worth seeing, but to spoil the best superhero film to come out in decades is exceedingly uncool.

I just rented it, and I'm sure that he never said "I am Iron Man". Not a bad film, but I was waiting all way through for him to say that.

He said it at the end. It was the last thing he said (not including the stinger at the end of the credits)

When you read the word 'plot twist', you should have stopped reading this post, the fact that you didn't means you brought it on yourself. The film has been out for a while. You deserve to be spoiled by not seeing it sooner. SHAME ON YOU!

OddJobAbe, it is a kick-ass film. I recommend watching it. The special effects are superb.

People don't read one word at a time. The eye takes in multiple words at once, scanning back and forth over several times before the word forms in your mind's voice. It's spoiled before people are even aware a spoiler might be coming.

Sorry for being a complete ass-hat. I'll try and remember about the spoilers thing. On the plus side, at least I didn't spoil Harry Potter Book 7 for anyone.
