Did a show tonight for drama, just got back home about an hour ago. Got to try out the personal mics, and I have to say, I felt like Secret Service, as they use an earpiece rather than a clip.
Also, I think I got bumped up on the relationship scale...
Not with her, but with one of my friends.
See, after we got done running the show for practice, a majority of us had nothing to do for about an hour and a half. So, I suggested we go to the malt shop that is basically across the street. About 6 of us went, including a friend of mine, Robin. Well, after a bit of joking around by acting like a pimp with my arms around Robin and her friend while we walked, we got the the place, and we ordered.
Robin ordered nothing because she didn't have any money, I got a Dr. Pepper and a medium fries. Well, I soon found out medium fries were just two small fries put together, so I decided to share some with Robin. Needless to say, sharing fries with a friend in a 1950-60's based restuarant isn't something you do everyday.
Well, after a while, we headed back to the the school to wait out the rest of the time (about half an hour). This included small chattery, with some friendly flirting, and general all around hugging.
Normal, eh?
So, finally, time for the show, and everyone's nervous!
We all went through the show, with some falts, but overall goodliness.
Well, about halfway into the show, Robin and I's parts were over, so we sat in the audience.
Together.
What with the lights off and all.
Right, time to lighten the mood.
I went, joking ofcourse, for the old yawning-arm-stretch move.
The thing is, she didn't react negatively to it at all.
Infact, she moved in closer and rested her head on me.
I was shocked.
This lasted for about a minute until my friend snuck up behind me and hit my wrist lightly.
