At least i managed to get grandma to keep me home today, but I guarantee you that tomorrow, or in about six hours, everyone will be on my case about how I wasn't there at the rehersal for the play. It also sucks that I won't be in it anyway, because of those stupid grade checks, and i'm still forced to go.
*sigh* I might pick up that revolution group again, but I just don't have the energy. And I didn't get columbus day off anyway because of what they call 'fall break' in two weeks. It's only two freakin' days! You call that a break!? And spring break out here is just five days! HOW IN THE HELL DO THESE PEOLE OPER- Oh, I forgot. Pure whiteness. Drawing math equations on the board instead of blurbs.
And you won't believe these people...When they found out I was half-black...GAWD! Bobby-joe came up and asked if I would be offended by black jokes. They're STILL being all careful about it? IT's like they've been living uner a rock! They haven't even heard about the facehugger joke!
I came out here for peace, but they are just stupid on a whole 'nother level. It makes me miss the giant rats I used to play with while waiting for the 'b' train...good times...
