Extracting sprites?

I believe I read that this is completely possible (maybe only for AO? can't remember), which program is used to do it? I don't really want to go through 60 pages to find it...

I feel your pain, hopefully I'll have my website up in a few weeks so its easy to find things. FYI it will convert both AO and AE.

hm im gonna find the decoder 4.0 mabe he has the dlls

Ah mis matched dll versions

Once I get everything in one place on my website it should be easy to grab full working versions with out any issues like this.

Too bad I really don't have any time at all to work on it lately

(Even working weekends!)
