(is it just me or have you sprited the first one ~ apoligies i cant remember its name... unless it's zerox aswell ~ but have you sprited him running... backwards? Its just it looks to me like the sprites work very well and the running is great exept i looks to me like they have been placed the wrong way round... if you no what i meen)

if i've confused you you're not alone, i also am in a wreck trying to understand what i just wrote.

but still cool sprites and thanks for the tips. When i can be bothered to open my documents and find the sheet and set it to a bitmap and open it in paint and edit it, i will.

Saving as PNG works best, by the way. Thx for the comments guyz.

They looked like they're backward because I edited them from Sonic when they were facing the other way, but flipped them to match the other sprites. But since they were in the proper order anyway, flipping them made them the wrong way round. And I haven't been bothered to move them or anything, I can't be arsed.
