Easier and more economical than drawing a piece of female toast with which to tempt him

Anyway, I shall continue with Safe's quest later. I'm on study leave from school now (time to revise for my exams) so rather than use it to revise for my two exams on Wednesday, three on Thursday and 5 on Friday, I will try and get time to continue.

Something that makes you not want to do something...

Ok, a sign saying "Danger, do not touch or face painful death" would deter you from touching the sign. Big spikes on a shell deter things from trying to eat the shell (or the fish inside the shell, whatever)
