Highty-ro, in light of recent inactivity, I'm gonna call an official end to WOTA 2 with undeniable proof that UltraSafe is a really bad loser.

And so, rather than face defeat, President UltraSafe plunges the world into an atomic winter... Who will survive the cold and return for Art War 3?

Consider this thread finished; I'll launch part 3 in January, so that there's time for new members to come and old members to refresh, and hopefully there'll be a good turnout.

Will you survive the atomic winter? As the world rebuilds a new society, will you fight to dominate, or to destroy? Could this post possibly get any more dramatic?

This has already been discussed here. If you are curious you should try reading back through the immense war that once was, but no longer is, but perhaps in January will be.

How many times, these aren't the real Pacman ghosts! They're free internet ripoffs who dwell in the memory of their Great Ghost-Forefathers who you named in your post. Seriously, in their world, Inky, Blinky and Co. are the ones with their faces on Mt. Rushmore.
