Drugs!

so i got offered some weed today when i was walking home from school today and they were pretty keen on me coming, i dont know why they wanted me to come but i thought it was just because they wanted to show off, also i walk home the same way everyday and im pretty sure they'll wait for me at the creek i go pass (thats where they saw me today) the thing is i want to try it to experience it but if my dad found out he'd kill me.

also i found out my sister has a whole lot of kronic (i dont if thats the write speling) and a bong under her bed (and shes probably got some weed stashed somewhere)

and just to top it off, they found some magic mushrooms in our horticulture block and because i always hang around thre at recess m teacher now thinks im a drug addict.

so yeah drugs are everywhere right now and it feels really wierd (man this sounds like a blog

)

so have any of you had a good/bad experience with drugs???

I know some people like that. I don't want to do drugs mainly because it's stupid and I really don't want to feel the effects, but I'm kinda curious as what other people who do it feel.

I would only say that if you MUST try some, try the soft stuff.
Just be warned, some people can get very bad reactions to them, enough to send you to hospital... possibly even a one-way trip. Make sure you've got some people with you in case of an emergency. Be very careful about accepting drugs from random strangers. It could be spiked with all sorts of stuff.

I've tried pot a few times. Didn't do anything for me.

It's actually funny... I never expected Pot to be as violent as it was.

We had pot brownies.. It was my first and only time... And it was the worst day of my life. I think it was partly because I didnt feel safe(both my sister and her bf were high off their heads too) and partly because my sister also started panicking.

I also didn't think that marijuana had such a strong pseudo-hallucinogenic attribute. Literally my vision was spinning in like a hypno-spiral with the black part being my normal vision(things I could see) and the while part being almost the white solid part of the spiral blending in with my vision.

I also thought I was watching fireworks on the television and then woke up from my zone and realized it was just topmodel.

I also was scared that the high would never go away and was contemplating suicide and/or calling the cops/ambulance....

So yea... I was totally unprepared... :S I've never read about these types of reactions. People always just describe it as either thinking everything is funny or just feeling very funny. Never has anyone told me that marijuana can infact induce such strong panic attacks.(the panic attacks came later on and made my sister scream and cry that she was feeling some phantom pain in her arm... I had to use any remaining strength and rationality that I had to calm her down and not go off in a high-tangent)...

It was straining... I also got panicked on the bus-ride home cos I could feel the high come back, and I didn't wanna zone off on the bus.

Anyway... i MAY try it again

... But only with Chris though. I feel safe with him.

I believe that there is no problem with doing any kind of drugs as long as you a) Know what you're doing. And b) Only do it on occasion.

The problem is that a lot of people don't know what they're doing and have the drugs become a big part of their life.

Given your age I wouldn't go and try it just yet, mostly because those friends of yours probably don't have a clue as to what they are doing with those mushrooms. Those things can be dangerous when used the wrong way or in the wrong combo. If you want to try anything, do it at home and with sober people around who know how to use the stuff. Don't do in secret in a place where no-one can find you.

I've plenty of friends who smoke weed. I could easily get my hands ons ome but I have no interest to try any drugs.

yeah, i reckon if i ever did it it would be with my older brother and i wouldnt do it at this age

Theres a couple of kids behind a bridge towards my collage who smoke pot all the time. There like 14 years old and it just pisses me off. Why the fuck you smoke at 14??

There's a public park right behind my college. Usually I go there to eat my lunch and about 60% of the time there's a strong smell of weed in the air..........

WELL, WHAT ABOUT ME!!

I smoke grass. I don't think there's is anything wrong with grass and it has a taboo set up by people who don't understand it. I used to smoke it regularly and as a means of 'escaping' the stress of the end of year rush in college but now I use it solely to go to sleep (recently I've been having problems getting to sleep.) Despise brown though, hate the taste and the smell and the fact that I can never find any that's as strong as grass.

But yeah, grass is totally fine in my books; zero casualties equal to zero problems in my books, but I would not ever take any white drugs, ever.

You are very informed .... Weed is not physically damaging. It's only bad for those who are prone to schizophrenia or something.

In fact Marijuana is one of the most useful plants I can think of. It can even be used for paper and clothing.

Also, supposedly it may have cancer-curing abilities.

I'm pretty sure what I read was that weed slightly raises the chances of schizophrenia/dementia, but only slightly.

I don't like drugs. I've had a lot of friends who use drugs over the years, and all but one of them has changed for the worse since they've started taking them.

I can't say weed has ever done anything for me since I tried it, in fact I wasn't too keen on the taste, they were roll ups so not much but meh. I have a bong my mum broke so I can't use it effectively I reckon...she says she just knocked it...from the back of my table all the way to the floor?

Any way yeh, drugs is bad, especially smoking. Don't start cigarettes or cigars trust me, I had enough that I want them regularly now but I haven't smoked for three weeks and it's getting better.

But beer...just alochol in general, is ok. =D

Pot brownies and pot as an edible in general can be fairly misleading. Most people seem to think that there's hardly any pot at all in the food itself, but typically the exact opposite is true. It's usually just a rather potent hashish that's used for cooking, and not 'real' pot at all. Hashish can be a mind fuck especially when consumed in large quantities. And who the fuck can eat just one brownie, and slowly at that?

I gave an older family member some 'special' brownies to help with her arthritis pain last year, and repeatedly warned her to only eat about half of a brownie at a time. I called her later that night to see how she was, and she informed me that while she had intended to do as I had suggested, she had got caught up watching some movie, plus the brownies were 'just so good' and had somehow managed to eat about two and a half without realizing it. The result? She was fucked. I had to go out to her house and hang out with her for the rest of the night.

As far as other drugs, the only one I've never touched, and refuse to touch, is ecstasy. That shit just creeps me out.

Mushrooms are fun, as are most psychotropics/hallucinogenics. I've always preferred uppers to downers, and never had much of a romance with prescription pills.

I don't do any drugs now, but a few summers ago I spent alot of my time high off weed. I stopped because it made me paranoid as hell.

I wouldn't try anything harder though. Drugs have never really appealed to me, I only really got into weed because of a guy I was seeing and through the friends I made in the relationship.

See I wished that someone would have told me this beforehand... My sister's bf should have warned me. I was just gulping it in me.. They were really tasty... My sister was even worse... She did that "let me eat as many brownies as I can just to be funny" thing. It was really incredibly immature. I got mad at her when she was about to eat her second and then third one. So I snapped it out of her hand and hid it in the kitchen. I think that was the initial source of my concern... Which of course escalated when the high hit me.

it was really weird too... I suddenly found myself on the floor laughing uncontrollably not remembering how I'd gotten there. In my mind I thought I had been there for half an hour, but apparently it was only 7 minutes or something.... And then the second concern hit me, cos if 7 minutes felt like half an hour.... How long time would I be like this?

I was so unprepared that I thought I'd gotten into what people call psychosis. Which really doesn't make sense now cos I'm not schizophrenic or anything.

But anyway the first half an hour to an hour was fun. But afterward I got tired, strained and just wanted it to end. So I ended up with like 4 hours of panic.

Sounds like half the problem was your sister, and the other half was just being unprepared. Whenever I've been in the position of getting someone high or exposing someone to a substance to the first time I try to be as helpful and mellow as possible so they can have a nice, pleasant experience. It sounds like your sister and her boyfriend were just being fucksticks. That would make things bad for you. For anyone. Well, it did make things bad for you.

On a similar note, I have some hashish butter in my fridge that I've been cooking with for ages now. Pancakes, grilled cheese, popcorn, the works. It's delightful. But I've also been smoking pot for years. I wouldn't give this stuff to any of my friends. Hell, I wouldn't even give it to Dorian.

Good coke is really really expensive. Unfortunately good coke is also still a short high, just like all coke. So you do a line of good coke, enjoy a great fifteen minute high, then do more good coke. Ultimately all of your good coke that you've spent a few hundred dollars on is gone within the hour. This is why I've always refused to buy coke, but never turned it down when it's been offered at a party or by friends. I know it makes me sound like a horrible mooch, but I've always been more than generous with other..Substances.
