i know its portrayed in a comical way but i always thought the vykkers were pretty fucked up with their experiments. i mean looking at the way they treat their animal test subjects i doubt they'd use numbing agents or anything to ease discomfort, meaning they'd be literally drilling and sawing into conscious animals. it's within the realms of vivisections, which are horrifying.

I'm curious about the number of creatures that don't have names; is that because OWI are withholding the names, or because designs don't get names until they're going to be used in-game?

I really like the look of those early Ratz and those other animal concepts are pretty cool. Interesting to see a creature of oddworld having so much hair/fur

i'll admit the animals don't interest me as much as the machinery and architecture does i just find it so enthralling to see how some of this stuff works
