Roland thought a moment. Consulting the sky, and searching his memory, he plotted a course.
Roland: "From here we should fly directly north-east for roughly two hundred miles. We'll stop there and you can rest, if need be. From there, we'll go due east for another hundred and fifty miles, or thereabouts."

Blaze winced a little at this. He hadn't begun his search for Streak yet.
Blaze: "Not quite, Bro .... all I know is she's living far north. Way north. But I'm with you to go to Los Santos, no problem. I'd like to catch up with you a bit. From there ... I can always do some more research."

Art, meanwhile, was fiddling with the navigation system. He managed to puzzle out how to plot a course to Los Santos ... and, thankfully, he had managed to contact a place that would allow him to land.
He found a switch marked Auto-Pilot, and, considering the course was set into the plane's computer, he sat back and relaxed, enjoying the view.

Silvia was surprised at how fast this eagle was. She even lost the trail (not that there was actually a "trail" as such

) once and had to use the binoculars for a few minutes to find where the eagle had gone. She noticed the sound of a jet in the air, and looking around, it was pretty easy to see it. She had another look at the direction the eagle was going... maybe that man on the eagle was trying to get away from whoever was in the jet...

OOC: I do actually know what is happening with Roland with Pseok and the group in the jet, but my character doesn't...

OOC: Not to be mean or anything, but i don't really think any creature can fly as fast as a plane, unless it's somekind of superman... or god-moding. *shrug*

Krisha who had been listening to Charger's and Blaze's conversation, went over to them.

"Wow! So you have a sister and a brother? That's cool, why don't we try and find them after our trip to Los Santos?" She asked.

Kix had followed her.

"What's happening?" she asked.

"Oh, Charger and Blaze are gonna look for their sister." Krisha answered excitedly.

OOC: In Splat's defense,

I thought he meant that seeing as Pseok left before the plane took off, he reached the edge of the mountains before the plane caught up. But I'll leave it for him to defend himself properly.

ooc: A bit of both, he's not quite faster but still rediculously fast. And in my defence, I don't know any magic-weilding, talking cats, any human-tiger hybrids, talking owls and wolves, ghosts, you get the idea.
Half the point of the Community is that you can leave a lot to the imagination. He's a Great Eagle, they're fast. In Lord of the Rings they were fast, even if they were just classed as big eagles! (maybe not plane-fast but there weren't any planes to compare them to so...)

Pseok wasn't to thrilled at the thought of such a long jeorney. He never did get his meal and if this was a dream, he still felt hungry!
Pseok: "Fine, but don't expect me to fly you to the moon and back. Don't expect me to fly you there at all if you keep ripping out my feathers!"
He flies North-east, now just ahead of the plane. "Tell me if you see some smaller birds, would ya? I haven't eaten in a while and with you on my back I won't be getting anything to big or too close to the ground."

Roland finally managed to get a hold of the Eagle in such a way that he wouldn't be pulling out any feathers.
And, in answer to the Eagle's request ...
Roland: "Your hunting skills need some improvement. In the past ten seconds I spotted three places that obviously contain some kind of nests. Whether they be smaller animals or smaller birds, I know not. If you are hungry, we can rest a bit before continuing. The gods know we are making faster time than I ever planned on."

PSeok: "Don't annoy me, believe me, that would be a really bad idea. I can't just grab a nest off the rocks cause odds are that would send you, and quite possibly me, to a bloody death." Then adding to himself: "Not an ideal way of waking up."

*Kaio and Highwing finally arrive at the lake*

Highwing: Whew! Is this the place?

Kaio: It sure is. And we're really early.

Highwing: Can we have another rest?

Kaio: It wouldn't hurt for you, but it would for me. You go to sleep and I'll be on the lookout for anything.

*Highwing pearched himself on a treebranch and went to sleep*

OOC: Well it's not to bash on you, but believe me, I've been in a plane before. One that i steered myself, and i know how fast they can go. And there is a line to how much super-natural stuff you can do, and i would say this is a bit of god-moding. Not much though. But if you really want to keep it that was, it's all right, i was just wondering how you could fly that fast. It just wouldn't seem real... at all...

The Eagle didn't seem to understand that Roland meant he should land and let Roland off somewhere so he could go eat.
His loss. For now, Roland decided the Eagle was right: best not to piss him off just now.
He thought a moment about what the Eagle had said last.
Roland: "What do you mean, 'Not an ideal way to wake up'? Which one of us do you think is asleep?"

Silvia had been heading north for a time and noticed that there was no longer any sign of the eagle ahead of her. She looked around a bit, then noticed what was now just a speck in the distance in a north-eastern direction.

"Surely it's not..." she muttered, lifting the binoculars to look. But it was the eagle, it must have changed direction.

"As the bird flies indeed," she retorted, turning to follow again.

ooc: Alright, Pseok is slower than the plane. Not massively slower but a notable amount. You're the boss. Anyway, it's not too bad cause I'm off on holiday in a week so if they get to Los Santos before I come back it'll be fine.

Pseok: "Forget it. hold on a second, I see a bird, i'll have to dive a little."
Why do figments of the imagination never accept that that's all that they are! Pseok swoops into a dive, grabs the small bird and lifts up again with it in his talons.

Ooc: ONE MORE DAY OF KS2 AND I'M OUTA HERE!
Grak is up in the mountains.

Grak was looking at the beautiful valley below him, and the community. Suddenly an aeroplane flew right abouve him, juist missing his quiff by a few centimetres! He grabbed a rock and hurled it at the aeroplane.

Pseok conitues to fly over the mountains. The plane overtakes him. Below him he sees a bizarre... thing that looks like some sort of cross between a bull and a human. This was one twisted dream! The thing is standing on top of a mountain and the plane flies over him. Despite the enormous, noisy machine he doesn't react. Pseok thinks he'll be knocked off his peak but the plane just misses him. Instead he throws a rock at the plane which, by the look of it, doesn't do very much.
Pseok continues to follow the plane.

ooc: Gretin, i'm guessing you're in the southern hemisphere?
I'm off on holiday first thing tomorow for the week so I won't be able to get on much. Pseok is still flying over the mountains towards Los Santos. See ya!

OOC: Grak also has a pet Giant Falcon

Grak ran down the mountain as fast as he could go, until he got to The Community. He hopped on his Falcon and set off after the plane. He spotted it. The chase began. " Go fly that infernal machine in another country, you industrial scum!" He screamed.

Yep, I'm from the southern hemisphere alright. I'm also directly opposite you in latitude, I think.

IC:

Silvia is just managing to keep the eagle in sight - most of the time. She doesn't see the plane fly over Grak, but she gets within sight to see him climb onto a large bird and take off after it.

Silvia's thoughts:"Well, this trip could be more interesting than I thought..."

OOC: Um, that's not really possible, Silvia is following the eagle (Pseok) on horseback, quite some distance behind, which also happens to be the same direction as the plane and your character are going.

OOC: Well, it's like this:

Splat's eagle character, Pseok, is taking Dave's character, Roland, to Los Santos. He left first, then the characters Havoc mentioned took off in the jet, which has since overtaken Pseok and is heading for the same place.
Silvia, on the ground, saw Pseok carrying Roland, and thinking that this was a bit unusual, mounted her horse and followed after Pseok on horseback.
Then, your character, ahead of Pseok and Silvia but behind the jet, hopped on his giant falcon and followed after the jet. At least, that's how it appears from what you've said.
Understand now? Or have I confused you even more?

OOC: Sorry for my absence. Social life = increasing. Internet security at my house=decreasing.

Roland tried to stomach the dive the Eagle took, and managed to not vomit.
...
Roland notices the minotaur-esque beast atop the mountain, and is instantly convinced of its connection to his quest ...
But it would be unwise to tell the eagle to land here. Not when it held his life so dangerously in its hands.

Blaze brightened considerably. His brother would join him! This was turning out pretty well indeed.

Art, meanwhile, had gone to investigate a clunking sound he'd heard. He quickly scanned all the readouts, and decided they had grazed a tree, or somone had thrown something at the plane.
If they were flying low enough for someone to throw rocks at the plane, Art would take it higher.
Art (over intercom): "Folks, uh, I'm gonna take us a little higher. I think someone threw a rock or something at us, so sit down and buckle up. This shouldn't take long."

Charger: A... rock? *Looks out the window* Exactly how low are we flying... mister wannabe pilot? I doubt anyone can trow a rock at us and actualy hit the plain if your flying as high as your as supposed to!

Grak tries to get as close to the plane as he can get. He is attempting to climb on it. " He roars loudly, to try and get fear into the passengers.

ooc: I'm back! Only for two days though, and then I'm away for 5 days. In the mean time...

Pseok was more than a little surprised when another giant bird-of-prey flew over him. He was also rather annoyed when he realsied this wasn't a Great Eagle but some sort of un-intelligent bird. So much for the Lord of the Skies thing, maybe Roland wouldn't notice. He was beggining to think this wasn't a good dream.
He was also rather surprised to see that minotaur riding on the bird. It was flying towards the plane and going impressively quickly.
Pseok: "Hey, Rolo, what do you think's up with that guy? He doesn't seem to like the guys in the plane very much."
