I mean literal therapy for the band itself, because, if I'm a well known group of humans that makes metal music, if my fans are ape shit fucking insane, I'm probably Slayer. If I've gone through band therapy, I'm probably Metallica. I don't really know many defining features for well known metal musicians other than how the lead singer handles their vocals and what not.
