So, who is gonna get the Orange box? Get half life 2, Episodes 1&2, portal, and Team Fotress 2. HL2 and TF2 look awesome, Portal not so much. I want it.

Not me. I've already got HL2; Collectors Edition and Episode 1. Episode 2 will be shipped out with portal anyway and I dun give a crap about Team Fortress.

Definitely, mostly for TF2, but if someone can get a proper Portal Gun SWEP for GMod I may buy it as well.

I've already played through HL2, and that has done little to nothing to dissuade me from buying the Orange Box.

HL2 is one of the best games ever made, and (in my opinion) is the best single player FPS experience out there, bar none. Everything... the story, the pacing, the immersion factor, the overall design... everything is simply top-notch. Every shooter fan owes it to themselves to play it through at least once.

But that's almost beside the point. You get a classic game, two five-hour expansions for it, an innovative puzzle game, and the return of one of the most fun class-based games ever made all in one box. You just don't see value like that in the game industry anymore. It's a steal at $60.

Personally, I'm looking forward to TF2 more than anything. Can't wait to get my "Spy" on. Word.

Oh, me and a pal just adore the Thermophile and Long Ranger from Conker Live And Reloaded, I have a feeling some much fun will be had with the sniper and Pyro that way.

TF2 is awesome. I'm actually best at the class I would thought I wouldn't play as, the demo man. Also can kill alot with the Pyro.

I already have the Orange Box. Portal is fun...I haven't really played TF2 much. But it is awesome! I like the spy.

Other then that, Epi 2 is a great continuation of the Half Life universe. Many more questions that need to be answered. To bad ****Eli Vance***** had to die though. That was really uncalled for and just came out of fucking nowhere >_>.

I'll get it, if I get a 360 at uni, or else when I go home for the holidays. I have Half-Life 2 already, but it barely runs on my laptop, and I prefer game-controllers anyway. That it comes with two episodes, the prodigious Portal and Team Fortress 2 (which I can hardly remember, other than a general impressed feeling from the trailer) only sweetens the deal. I feared I could never play those games at an acceptable technical performance.

The one thing that is bad about this game is the loading. Its like every 5 or ten minutes in Half Life 2. Fucking ridiculus. I would understand if the graphics were something like GoW or maybe even Halo 3, but they're not, they're much worse and you can tell Valve did a half ass job updating them.

Still an amazing game though.

The game is still running on a 2004 engine. I think it's still looking pretty good for an already outdated engine compared to the other ones out there today. And you have to keep in mind that there are a lot of scripted actions in the game that need to be loaded in, huge outside enviorments, lots of chatter, stuff like that. And if you're loading every 5 minutes then try upping the difficulty level a bit...
