Your favorite bugs or insects!

Do you like insects or bugs? I think some of them are intresting. My favorite insects and aractnids are: Preying Mantis, Grass Hoppers, Ants, Locus, and the centepede.

what kind do you like if you like any?

I simply love ants.

I do prefer arachnids, though. I have a few specimens that I have caught [ or 'collected' :/ ] That I still have today. I'm actually saving up to purchase a bird eating spider.

I also have a morbidly obese emperor scorpion. Her name is Tink.

The insect i like most is ants, termites and bees. I like them cause they work together and i find it really unique.

I love tropical insects from the amizon. They are so cool looking plus some of them are as old as the dinosaurs and still liveing today. Insects and Aracnids are probabaly the most successful lifeform on earth. They out number anything on this world and still there are new ones alweys to be found.

You forgot to mention Daddy Long legs. You know you tear off their legs the leg still twitches!

When I was like 5 years old I alweys tortured bugs by slowly putting them in Hot water or douseing worms or slugs with salt. Or catching a fly and tearing off its wings and slowly killing him. Mann I was one sick kid!

Oh I forgot to mention Fire Flies or lightening bugs are cool too.

I have a favourite bug, but I don´t know the english name.
The bug is red with black dots and have little wings.
In Germany we call this bug "Marienkäfer".
I believe the english name is ladybug, but I´m not sure.

I like to fry bugs. If you get a magnifying glass and start to burn a hole through them they stink

but its still cool.
