favorite boss battle

what was your favorite boss battle ?Mine was explosives magee because you had to make him come down then beat the he!! out of him.the other cool one was sekto.

I think probably Looten Duke out of ones at the top of my mind - he chases you around the entire arena, which is a big place, and there arent loads of horribly respawning minions. The environment is also really cool, with lots of giant fans that you can just push him into.
I'd like him to be a lot stronger though.

I liked Meagly Mcgraw. You had to take out two people in that battle, I also liked Boilz Booty!

The guy in the trailer park thing. Bah! I never remember anyones names. Well, he was very easy due to the fact that you could just use a Bolamite on him, and he's toast.

I laugh evily at anyone who didn't catch him alive! Mwahaha!

The toughest I would say was Palooka and McBoomBoom. They all had explosives. OH, and I hated McGee! He was a tough one! But I gots him alive.

Simple, Sekto. it gives me a real sence of satisfaction to destroy a giant machines using only insect and small animals.

I quite liked McBoomBoom, playing trains (switching those points) appeals to me.
Just randomly: I think perhaps it might've been cool to have a minecart boss battle where you are both on minecarts which continue until you damage him enough. But I suppose that would mean you couldn't dodge or hide- have a heal, a kitkat and a quicksave... so dunno.

My favorite boss character was Blisterz Booty, but the only battle that actually challenged me in the game was the fight with the two Gloktogis in the Library before Sekto.

My least fav. bosses are fatty Mcboomboom,meagly mcgraw and those 2 gloktogis.Fattys got alota minions and worst of all::a BAZOOKA!!!.And the gloktogis?They were so close to eachother that they were eventualy juggeling with me.The 1 slapt me couse i was 2 close and slapt me at #2 who then slapped me back and so it went on!!!!

The difficulty of Elboze surprised me as well. I thought he would be quite hard, and on my first go through the game, I think I had the easiest time with him.
I must've been doing something special, because on later run throughs I've since found him hard, even with the super-combo.

When i saw his mugshot(picture of head)i thought:OMFG!!!!ITZ A CYBER-OUTLAW!!!!HES PROBEBLY GANNA WHIP UP A WEAPON OF MASS DESTRUCTION OR KILL ME WITH A BAZOOKA OR THROW NUKES AT ME!!!!
Lol he lookt so tough i skipt him and did Fatty Mcboomboom before elboze.
Then i only needed to defeat elboze and he didnt realy put up a fight.He actualy hit me 2 times but only couse i exidently took 2 much time to aim and the time i thought i had to pull those switches to maker the platforms to come back and i only made that make once(i didnt try to pull all the switches)
And for me calling him ell bows,lol i forgott his name so i let stranger say his name but it sounded like ell bows when he said it with a pause between the el and boze.
And what is this super-combo you talk about?I usualy find a decent strategie to defeat a boss.For example:Joe momma's blue bar is very weak agains boombats.2 boombats and a thugslug is enoth to bountey him(or her couse its hard to tell the diffrance with Jo momma :P )alive

I think that the toughest bosses were Packrat Palooka n' xplosives Mcgee... I did never caught 'em alive cuz they were to hard ta get but the easy bosses were Lefty Lugnuts n' Fatty Mcboomboom n' I caught 'em alive!

Well i'll have to agree with that packrat palooka was hard.The first 2 times i forgott about those 2 turrets and forgott to dstroy them.So i lost health realy fast.But how the hell did ya get fatty mcboomboom alive?that seems nearly impossible

well it was hard in the beginning, but it's much more easier now.

first i killed or knocked out the outlaw-minions n' sucked 'em up with my bounty-can
second i shoot them snipers, and last i used Thudslugs, boombats and the zapfly to knock Mcboomboom out. (only that his stamina disappears) it was pretty hard when he's doing that wrestling jump on ya, but i did succed defeating him. try it out!

hec thats so simple first stay by the ammo flying around and his boys will come after hide behind the rock,when thinks cool down a bit fatty will come down looking for you then shoot him woth thudslugs and zappflies until he knocked out,simple.

no, its just easier to wait behind the rock until he tries a bodyslam. thats when ya light em up wit thudslugs and boombats before he gets back up his little ramp thing. just take out the closest outlawz to u befor he comes down or theyll shoot u from the back

my fav boss is D. Caste Raider (i hope its him) at the part of the steef overall thingy, because you just wack em all silly and escape.
And about palooka, how the **** do y´all get him alive he's too weak.

shoot fuzzles at him until he falls off his platform thing the shoot him with charged zappflies and thudslugs consectivly but make sure you hitting him away from the platform so if u miss and he gets up you have more of a chance of knocking him down before he gets to the door

Lol boombats work at almost every boss and they can take down Jo' momma
down alive with 2 boombats and a thugslug.The upgraded version of the boombat is probebly the strongest ammo in the game.(exept for the sniperfly's maybe but those are pretty useless in raging boss battles)

The Glockitgis are my favourte boss battless . I thought they pretty cool.

yeah they were pretty hard for me the first time but then i figured out thudslogs and stingbees make them turn into those ghost things and fly away before they hit you.

Dous the thugslug,stingbee also work on the last 2 Glockitgis before you fight sekto?Becouse always the get to close and start juggeling me.

when they juggl you just switch back and forth to 1st and 3rd person until your able to shoot themand run away across the room and shoot them again. should work

Just blast them with everything you've got. They'll turn into ghosts and retreat to the opposite end of the room. That leaves you with plenty of time to restock ammo and regain health before they return.

my 2 favourite bosses were the twin glocktigis because they were the greatest challenge of the game(for me anyway) and Sekto's big machine because its the finale to a great oddworld game and with triumph comes a great deal of satisfaction.
