General Usage Uploaders
www.filesmelt.com -
Very good uploader. I use this for everything. Uploads seemingly infinite file sizes.
www.mediafire.com - Another good alternative uploader, but it gets picky on upload speeds.
www.filefront.com - An okay uploading site.
www.megaupload.com - It's alright but it will make you wait a while.
www.sendspace.com - An okay uploading site...bit slow, can be awkward to download from.
http://dropbox.com/ - Has a rather large size limit for files; very good! You'll have to sign up to make the best use out of it.

www.photobucket.com - Very good if you have an account there. You can upload as many pictures as you want and it's very reliable. Apparently does videos too now.
www.imageshack.com - It's good, but I don't like how annoying it can be. Still, good alternative.
www.tinypic.com - It's a good alternative to Photobucket, and can also do videos too.
Videos
www.youtube.com - Pretty obvious why, and there are alot less limitations.
www.vimeo.com - Dunno why you'd use this but it's an alternative.
www.vidilife.com/ - Untested but looks quite promising.
