As long as you take time to check the Create an RPG rules thread and bear its advice in mind, getting a license shouldn't be an obstacle. It's really just to give me a formal reason to prevent/close terrible, n00by RPGs. That's why T-Nex first made the license rule long, long ago, and I hope I never deviated from that (that is a genuine statement of hope - I have been known to go a bit fascist at times).

On the other hand, it's been a long time since we've had an active RPG and I'm not sure if there's interest in it any more. But if you want to give it a go and PM me an idea I'd be happy for you to do so. It'd be nice to see the ball rolling here again.
