I think Nepsotic is the most eager of the active members to host it. I can also see FennecFyre or even
gishy Xorlidyr doing it. I guess I can do it, too, if nobody wants it
I think the host should switch every year. STM's been doing it for years, and I'm not particularily happy with his vote counting perfomance
Making a thread about rethinking categories is a good idea, I agree.
