To at least attempt to be fair on him, it could simply be that he has a very very odd way of saying he's a fan of Tara Strong.
I mean, I have a couple of voice actors/actors I'd consider myself a fan of and would try out anything they appear in.

I think that’s kind of weird. I have actors/voice actors I like the work of, but I don’t seek out media just because they appear in it. Directors/creative influences are another matter.
