Red glukkon head for bad, Green mudokon head for good and Yellow slig head for average!
1-2 pixel space between any of the icons we mentioned would work well.

Really you should define them more anyway.
I did like the idea of being able to choose which rep-icons to use... But I think it should be indivdual. I think it would be interesting to see everyone else's choice. It would also give a sense of costumization.
Anyway, maybe it's a bad idea because the whole forum would be filled with inconsistent icons.
