What do you drive?

Just for fun really, as a car lover as well as my games, I thought it would be interesting to see what y'all drive, and your opinion on your daily motor, or weekend car, if you enjoy driving in general.

My "whip" vauxhall astra estate, lowered on Fk coilover height adjustable suspension. This car is soooo slow, I can feel myself erode in the wind...

Speedbumps = fail.

Low and slow.

Today's beautiful English weather...oh wait...

Anyone else a car fan?

I don't actually drive it. I travel by it.

Against all OddSocks 03-09-2015 12:30 PM

Looks spacious.

Varrok 03-09-2015 12:33 PM

And it can drive so fast that I worry about my survival

STM 03-09-2015 12:47 PM

Your mum.

:tard:

Varrok 03-09-2015 12:55 PM

No, actually, you

;) *wink wink* :D :)

Speedbumps must be a bitch.

I don't drive myself, yet, therefore I'm left in the saddening situation where I have to use public transport. I'm using this as my inspiration and motivation to get my own vehicle. Fuck public transport and all the smells that go with it.

I wouldn't be the type of guy that would care what I was driving as long as it can get me from A to B... But my dream car would be a Skyline (thanks NFS:U) but fuck that for insurance, give me a 106 and I'll be more than pleased. Any car will do the trick, really.

What a beast. I actually miss cycling tbh.

Me and speedbumps don't get along. Yeah,I can understand that, it's just nice to have a car for your freedom, a 106 is a bulletproof little car, and incredibly easy to work on. A 1.1 zest is a nippy little thing, tho if you were adventurous, stick a 106 gti lump in there, throttle bodies and an omex engine management system, and you've got a civic type R killer. Haha I can see the attraction of a skyline, love jdm cars, I was planning on saving for a mitsubishi fto this year, but Ive decided that a 4x4 is in order instead!

I spent 5 minutes looking for a picture of my exact shoes but gave up. Vyrien already did the joke anyway.

I walk or bus everywhere. I have no interest or desire to drive. (though I'll probably have to soon)

Each to there own. Admittedly, it is such a ridiculous expense, but we'll worth it if you are a fan of cars or driving, which is what the thread was for, but it's quickly got de railed :/

And I thought of a leg related joke. But it's inappropriate..

Crashpunk 03-09-2015 02:55 PM

Against all Oddsocks confirmed for legs man.

Vyrien 03-09-2015 03:41 PM

It's because I'm a legsbian.

Against all OddSocks 03-09-2015 03:47 PM

Ooft, that was below the belt! Aha

Dude, I don't appreciate the sarcasm, it's incredibly difficult for me as I (and I've said this elsewhere) suffer from aspergers syndrome, a former of autism, so understanding sarcasm is very difficult for me, and all this just confuses the he'll out of me. I've been nothing but polite and nicely mannered and respectful to you all since I started here.

Just assume that everyone is being sarcastic to you always on OWF. No-one here genuinely wants to offend anyone. Not even OANST, amazingly.

Now, I've deleted the spamfest and this thread can get back on topic.

If anyone - and that includes OANST - responds offtopically, they'll receive an infraction.

OANST 03-10-2015 05:58 AM

What did I do? I didn't even see the shit show that apparently happened here!

I drive a Honda Pilot. I like it. It needs an oil change.

Yep it's a company car

Phylum 03-11-2015 04:59 PM

ftw

e: um using that image anyone could follow me home easily, so for safety in the future (when I'm a celebrity ofc) it's gone. It was a train.

I don't drive.

One or the other, alternatively.

Mudokon_Master 03-12-2015 09:07 AM

Still walk everywhere. It's much less hassle. I've spent the last 2 years watching all my friends get their driver's licenses but I still see no appeal in driving.

Chugga chugga, bitches.

Also I might be getting a car soon so stay tuned.

E: OH THATS A BIG PICTURE

JayDee 03-13-2015 01:21 AM

I drive my mother insane.

I don't drive, yet. Though I imagine when I do I'll be driving something cheap, cheap to run, and stays cheap.

Holy Sock 03-13-2015 01:19 PM

I sometimes run errands in my mother's Volkswagen Fox when I'm staying with my parents.

Abeguy 03-16-2015 09:25 PM

Many of you guys have it so nice. In the Eastern U.S and many places in Europe, you have that luxury to go car-less. Come out west for a bit, live in a world where the pedestrian is an afterthought and even biking is not a suitable alternative. I just moved to the east from what feels like worlds away, but I live in a small town still a good half hour drive from anywhere with anything worth doing. I'm currently car-less and if I didn't have my boss' truck to get around, my life would be significantly more difficult. XD

Varrok 03-16-2015 09:55 PM

Yeah, the... luxury

Abeguy 03-17-2015 06:55 AM

Yes, I will make the statement that nowadays it is a luxury if you are able to walk to most things necessary in your life. Anything that helps keep a healthy active lifestyle in this day and age is oddly enough now the luxury.

OANST 03-17-2015 06:59 AM

Yeah, I live an hour from work and twenty minutes from the grocery store. And that's by car.

STM 03-17-2015 10:10 AM

Man, at least you guys know how long it takes to get to work. One site might take me 40 minutes and another takes two hours to get to. In London, trains for some reason don't like to take a direct route. They must swerve as much as possible.
