What languages can you speak?
 

Just wondering anyone else interested at all?

1st language english
2nd Spanish
3rd French
4th Latin

I know English (first) and French (second)
and I'm learning Casaush.

I only speak English. I used to do a bit of German, but I lost interest.

I've studied Latin at school but I won't pretend I can actually speak it.

2) Dutch
3) English

English, little bit of French, little bit of Russian, and a host of other languages I know many words in but can't actually construct sentences out of.

English and country. yes, it may as well be a different language.

I speak English, I can pick out the odd Japanese word and phrase and I know the Hebrew alphabet.

English, some french, and trying to learn Russian.

I also have some Vietnamese Books on tape sort of things but never listened to them.

English. I can recall some French and German from school, less so Latin. More recently I've dabbled in British Sign Language, Lojban and Thai, but never got very far. I haven't given up on these latter three. I'm just... taking a perpetual break from them.

English, I could speak quite a bit of German but I haven't for about three years so i'm very rusty. I can also speak a few words of Japanese, Spanish, French and Latin but nothing in a coherant sentance.

English is my native tongue and my Spanish is so-so. I wouldn't call myself bilingual yet. After I master Spanish, I'd like to learn Italian and one more language before taking on Japanese.

Obviously, I can speak english and I'm learning Japanese at university, so hopefully I can speak that too!

I can speak a little French, enough to get by on Holiday and I can speak a little Cantonese, mainly for talking to my boyfriend with in public so my vocabulary is limited.

That's the biggest phrase I can remember in German.

I speak English and braille.

How redundant. Everyone knows Spanish and Italian are the same language.

As for me I speak French, though not fluently. Enough to sound like I know what I'm talking about when someone asks me to say something in French, and in the end that's all that really matters.

Spanish and Italian are not the same thing. Italian is more difficult to learn and talk. Anyway, I can speak Italian and English. Who also can speak Italian? Someone else voted it in the poll.

Italian uses the words 'boppity' and 'boopitio' more times.

Also, Vilkommen to ein Numberwangen. Sophie, ein Hamburger unt Simon, ein Frankfurter.

English and enough French to hold a few short and not very interesting conversations.

I speak English and Romanian, used to know hungarian at a young age, studied italian and don't remember shit.

I can speak English, a little bit of Hebrew (but can read written Hebrew easily even if I can't understand it), can ask for an orange juice in French and can understand a little bit of Yiddish when my dad inflicts it on me.
