More Steam Idiocy

On my part unfortunately. I was hacked a while back due to my own incompetence, and as a result had to change my password. This should have been the end of it, except now I have completely forgotten my password. I tried to get it back by answering my secret question, by getting it e-mailed to me, but this did not work when I entered my Steam name. I just did not get any e-mails from Steam.

Then I resorted to using the other option which is if you cannot remember your Steam name. This screwed everything up, as now it just gives me a message saying no account under that name exists when I try to use it as I did before. So now, I'm stuck without a logon name or password. I've sent Steam Support an e-mail about this, but I really wish it had worked when I used my Steam name.
