It really just depends on you. Personally I take only a day to recover, although I know others who have a whole week become much harder. All you can do is just hope you're of the former variety.

I used to be up a very long time all the time at college. I felt tired for about three to five days afterwards, although this will most likely vary from person to person.

Usually a good night's sleep the next night will fix your internal clock. If you find you're having trouble bedding down, use a sleep aid. There's no shame in popping pills for the sake of getting back on track.

I usually pull an allnighter to get back on track in the first place. Meaning I stay up all night and the next day until about 9PM. Then I go to bed and sleep till morning, at which point I'm rested and back on an acceptable schedule.

I had an all nighter sort of on the weekend, I got high for the first time ever and enjoyed it until I got a little paranoid, then to top it off I stayed round another douchebags house and the little fucking keeno woke up at 9am leaving me with just under 5 hours sleep after five days of sleeping badly. It took me two days to recover from that. =) You'll be fine.
